openEMS v0.37.0 released

openEMS v0.37.0 is released, together with CSXCAD, QCSXCAD and AppCSXCAD v0.7.0.

As announced with the release candidates, the version scheme changed: the previous release was v0.0.36, this one is v0.37.0, so a patch release (v0.37.1) is now possible if needed.

• Rebuild all components (CSXCAD, openEMS, ...) together, a partial rebuild is not detected
• The Python CalcNF2FF() now reuses an existing result file by default (read_cached=True), pass read_cached=False after changing the far-field settings
• The nf2ff HDF5 result format changed for Python (Octave/Matlab files are unchanged), and frequency-domain dump files got new names
• Simulation directory cleanup now removes only openEMS output files instead of the whole directory
• SetupMPI and the MPI engine are gone, the bundled phantoms moved to resources/phantoms/
• CSXCAD: OPENEMS_INSTALL_PATH was renamed to CSXCAD_INSTALL_PATH, Python wrappers of destroyed objects now raise RuntimeError
