Where do I need to put the Qbus controller IP address?

Nowhere. The Qbus controller is automatically discovered by QBUSMQTT.

I don't see any Qbus entities in Home Assistant.

Make sure QBHA has successfully started and reboot QBUSMQTT. After a minute or so the entities should appear in Home Assistant. The very first time it might take a little while longer because the Qbus controller needs to be updated.
