Change the default sort order on All / User's gists

I'm not sure this is already configurable, I couldn't find an option.

I'd like to sort by gist/repo mtime instead of ctime, if it's not configurable, can it be added as an option?

I'd be happy to give it a shot myself if the PR would be accepted.
