Number of questions per category in the user portal is different than in the admin portal

After the upgrade from version 3.2.10 to 4.0.7 the number of questions per category in the user portal is different than in the admin portal

Log in to the user portal as administrator

Select the menu option Show all categories
The number of questions is displayed behind each category
This value is not correct

Go to the admin portal
Select content
Select management of questions
The number of questions is displayed behind each category
This value is correct
