Glossary definitions are truncated when viewed if they contain a double quote

Create a glossary entry with a double quote in the middle - when viewing, the definition is truncated at the position of the double quote.

@thorsten apologies didn't mention, this is 4.0.17. Was it fixed since?

Fixed for 4.1.1 and 4.2.0-alpha.

@jbefei actually, 4.0.x is out of support but I can provide a patch if don'T want to migrate to 4.1
