Adding information to an existing question results in error 404.

When an existing query is modified (data is deleted or added), the query can no longer be found after saving and error code 404 is displayed.

If you view the query in question in the administrator section under query management, it appears twice in the list with exactly the same data.

The error code 404 is no longer displayed, but if you view the relevant query in the administrator section under query management, it still appears twice in the list with exactly the same data.
