docs(wiki): document combined chat/alerts dock and OS-vault token model The Streaming pages (en/de/es) gain a Chat & Alerts section describing the combined multi-platform dock (one account per platform, badged combined list, broadcast send, per-platform reply routing) and the keyring-backed account model: tokens live only in the OS credential vault and never in the config file. docs(wiki): add Spanish translations and language-switch links Add 11 Spanish pages (Home, Getting Started, Recording guide, Streaming, Troubleshooting, Windows/Linux/macOS, Discord Setup + Troubleshooting, Development Workflow) and extend every EN/DE page's language-switch line with the Español link; Languages.md lists the new language.
