docs(wiki): add Spanish translations and language-switch links Add 11 Spanish pages (Home, Getting Started, Recording guide, Streaming, Troubleshooting, Windows/Linux/macOS, Discord Setup + Troubleshooting, Development Workflow) and extend every EN/DE page's language-switch line with the Español link; Languages.md lists the new language.
