Removal of the alignment-bar-chart component as it is not currently used in deployment or the 9.x branch.

Nice tidy up here. The unused alignment-bar-chart is gone and you’ve cleaned up the surrounding code (imports, spacing, formatting) across a few files. A solid and useful change that makes the codebase cleaner and easier to work with. Looks good to merge.
