Change "DO NOT EDIT BELOW THIS LINE" to "DO NOT EDIT ABOVE THIS LINE"

I believe it was @jessieay who noticed she wanted to override a setting somewhere (.gitconfig?) but because the custom configurations are listed first, the default configurations override them.

What do we think about reversing how the "DO NOT EDIT BELOW THIS LINE" functionality of ./install.sh works to "DO NOT EDIT ABOVE THIS LINE"?

I think that would be fine. Transition peoples' existing dotfiles could be tricky, but I think the end goal is a good one.

Ahhh yes this came up when I was trying to change my colorscheme from github to solarized. Great idea opening an issue! Perhaps something to work on this Friday, since I still need to transfer my dotfiles over to my home laptop and this change would make it much easier.

Maybe while we're here, we can fix the issue where running ./install.sh on a file that has DO NOT EDIT BELOW THIS LINE removes the DO NOT EDIT BELOW THIS LINE. Try it on the new gitconfig change that just went into master.
