Should these skills be general purpose?

I originally created these skills because nearly all my work was in Rails. However, I'm currently on a non-Rails project, and ended up creating my own framework/langauge agnostic skills. Those have been working really well for me (I know, I'm biased). In an effort to make these skills, and therefore thoughtbot for versatile, I wonder if we should port over the skills I've been using instead? If that's the case, we'd either rename this repository, or just create a new one.
