Added workaround for upstream bug in configure.ac to fix parse errors with clang++.
The ctz/rustls repository has been moved to rustls/rustls (an org vs a personal account) for several years now. Let's update the URLs here to avoid breakage if the redirect goes away.
Updated the Dockerfile to modify the installation process for unbound, including specific library handling and header file copying.
