• Ignored Ruff's CPY001 rule, which would otherwise require a copyright notice in every file
• Renamed the placeholder sequence.py and its test to fibonacci.py and test_fibonacci.py, and reworked fibonacci_sequence to match Node.js Starter and Rust Starter: it now fills n ones and sums each term from the third onward, and its docstring documents that behavior
• Reworded the module docstrings to mark the library and CLI as template placeholders
• Started the package version from 0.1.0 instead of 0.0.0
• Reworded the package description to "An example library and CLI for generating a Fibonacci sequence", replaced the example keyword with sequence, and added the Topic :: Scientific/Engineering :: Mathematics classifier
• Rewrote the README into a shorter guide covering setup, customization, development, and releasing
• Made the .gitignore rules for dot-prefixed files more specific, marked directory rules with a trailing slash, and removed the unused *.egg-info rule
• Removed the Dependabot commit message prefix and label configuration
