can not use the app to sign in

What happened?

when i tried to use the app to sign in, i didn't get notification on the app

Steps To Reproduce

• try to sign in with threefold connect from any service, maybe hub https://hub.grid.tf/
• send notification to your 3bot address, you don't get it on the phone app
