can we change max fee to transfer fees

the user can see balance :-1 before the wallets loads can we change it or hide it until it loads

• updated max fee to transfer fees.
• trying to handle balance part.

• Can't reproduce the balance to appear with -1 then gets updated.
• Its always the correct balance.
