DAO vote result should be based on weight

What happened?

Currently the vote results look different on the dashboard than they do on the app.
On the dashboard the result % is based on weight of the votes, on the app the % is based on total number of votes.

• After voting with "No" via Threefold App I observed that there is an inconsistency in how vote percentages are displayed between the Dashboard and the Threefold App

it's just rounded 99.79%, which is almost 100%
