Warning message shows "invalid seed length" for incorrect addresses, even when length is unchanged

What happened?

Description:

• When modifying an address (e.g., replacing the last letter), the system displays a warning message "invalid seed length" even though the length of the address remains unchanged.

Environment:

• OS Version: Android 14
• App Version: 4.0.1-185

Steps To Reproduce

1.Open the application.
2.Click on menu icon.
3.Click on "Wallet" in menu items.
4.Write your PIN code.
5.Click on "+" Symbol on the top right of the page.
6.Write Wallet name in "Wallet Name" and invalid Stellar address in "Secret".
7.Click on "Save" button.

Work Completed:

• There was a missing check to catch this error.
• so that's why it got Invalid seed length which is an error related to hex seed secrets.
• Added the right condition.
