Missing "Click to Create" Button and "Terms and Conditions" Switch

Description:

• I wanted to follow up on the both of these test cases test case 1 and test case 2 regarding creating a farm for the first time.

• during recent testing, I observed the following:

  The "Click to Create" button is no longer present in the workflow.

  The "Terms and Conditions" switch is also missing.

  There is no pull request or documentation pointing to the removal or modification of these elements.

Steps to Reproduce:

1- login ThreeFold Connect App
2- Navigate to Farming tab

Environment:

• OS Version: Android 14
• Threefold-Connect: 4.0.1 - 185
• APK: 27-01-2025

Terms and conditions removed;
but create button in Farms will be fixed.
