TFConnect App allows duplicate wallet addresses in favorites

What happened?

• The application currently accepts duplicate wallet addresses when adding contacts to favorites.

Steps To Reproduce

• Navigate to the Wallet section.
• Go to the Send option.
• Click on the Contacts icon.
• Select Favorites from the header.
• Add a contact with a wallet address that already exists in the favorites list (for either Stellar or TFChain).
• Observe that the app accepts the duplicate address without any error message.

Work in progress:

• The right flow that with every added contact, it will appear directly on the screen.
• This didn't happen in the attached video, as when adding the contacts the screen didn't reload.
• Tried to reproduce it many times but it just happened with me once randomly.

Work Completed:

• Tried to handle if any lag happend to cause contacts to de duplicated.
• Handled not showing any duplicated wallets in ui.
• Also, Made sure the retrieved list of PKidWallets will be unique.
