contd: be backward compatible with startup.toml from v1

Until we have solve threefoldtech/0-flist#9
We should at least be compatible with the startup.toml generated by hub when doing a docker import.

Specially I'm interested in parsing the environment variable and the entrypoint specified in the startup.toml
