Introduce a setting to switch between sing-box and xray-core importing when possible

Suggestion description

After xray-core support was added to Throne, all subscription imports were changed to automatically use xray-core (due to this condition). I believe this particular behavior should be toggleable, as sing-box supports the REALITY protocol as well, and xray-core may only be used for XHTTP.

Necessity of recommendations

Some VLESS configurations refuse to work with the xray-core backend, but will work fine when imported manually to use sing-box, so I'd say this is fairly important.

No, as of right now the only way to control it is to paste the settings manually into a new profile.

Was this option actually added? I cannot find such a setting anywhere, and the release notes state that "you cannot switch between the Cores"
