Fixes a crash when opening .torrent files from Finder while Harbor is closed.

Changes:

  • Replaced the customizable downloads toolbar with a plain toolbar to avoid the macOS 26 AppKit toolbar restore crash.
  • Added a release smoke test that launches Harbor with isolated data and verifies .torrent and magnet open events before publishing.
