Actions for message can't be edited

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Settings
   2)Go to General - View - Actions for open message
2. Try to change settings in any way and press OK
3. Changed settings don't apply

Expected behavior

Changes made in aforementioned submenu should apply and list of actions for message should change appropriately.

Actual behavior

Checkboxes can be checked and unchecked but no actual change happens.

Same issue. Used use to have the archive button. But it is no longer displayed.
