fix: normalize report headers and add dynamic badge count

• Fix 16 new reports to match standard template metadata format (Primary Language, Category, Analyzed Release, Stars approx.)
• Update generate-table.sh to dynamically update the Reports badge in README.md with the actual project count
• Update update-table.yml CI to include README.md in commits when badge changes
• Regenerate TABLE.md for all 127 projects

Test plan

• generate-table.sh runs successfully and outputs 127 projects
• README badge shows Reports-127 instead of static 100+
• CI workflow commits badge updates on future PRs
