Node24 issues // Start using node-ios-device 4.0.3

**Info**
Current `node-ios-device` 1.12.1 is not built for node 24 and if I understood the old posts correctly v4 should replace it.
This is just a start so we can continue to integrate it as some tools like VSCode recommend updating to node 24 for some users.


**Tests**
Using node-ios-device 4.0.3 currently will fail as it doesn't find the simualtors
