Closes #648

This PR clarifies discussion in the "gee" engine and changes the wording on "details" pages to be like:

The multilevelmod extension package is required to fit this model.

I don't see how any of those docs could end up with multiple engines at the "Translation from parsnip to the original package" section, but I did add an error in case it does, so we can fix things in the future if needed.
