I found a problem with running one of my R scripts getting the following warning code and being stalled as what to do ...

Warning message:
`fortify(<lm>)` was deprecated in ggplot2 3.6.0.

How do "Call lifecycle::last_lifecycle_warnings() "

Have you tried installing the broom package and calling broom::augment() on your model?
In any case, the '3.6.0' version became '4.0.0', so these deprecation messages need to be updated.
