Task Manager Website

This is a simple Task Manager website that allows users to add and manage their tasks.

Features

• Add tasks with a description.
• Delete tasks when they are completed.
• Edit task
• User-friendly interface.

Usage

1. Adding a Task:

   • Enter the task description in the input field.
   • Click the "Add Task" button.

2. Deleting a Task:

   • Click the "Delete" button next to the completed task.

3. Editing a Task:

   • Click on "Edit" button.
   • Enter the desired information,
   • Then hit "save"
