We currently tag a lot of the resources we use, but not everything and not consistently. Instead, we should tag everything with the same key (e.g: tilezen:tps or similar) and a value which is based on the run ID. This allows tracking of which resources are allocated to which runs, and allows easier tracking of costs from run to run.
