This PR enables
vendoredfeature for OpenSSL and uses a version ofrdkafkafrom a fork with merged fede1024/rust-rdkafka#169.As a consequence, it allows us to remove OpenSSL from the list of development dependencies, thus reducing prerequisites for those who want to compile Vector locally, especially on macOS (see #1032 for details).
