[Enhancement]: Include run_job executions in job informational views #7904

What does the enhancement do?
Executions of jobs via run_job do not currently appear in the informational views for jobs:
timescaledb_information.job_errorstimescaledb_information.job_statstimescaledb_information.job_history
It would be helpful for these to appear in these views, along with a boolean column to indicate whether the job was scheduled (background) or not (run_job).
This is an expansion of #5188
