Investigate why helm charts deploy only one prometheus replica

What happened?

Running tobs helm chart installation and only one prometheus replica is running.

Did you expect to see something different?

Prometheus should be running in HA mode

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):

run helm install

After setting replicas to 2 we should check if data is not duplicated in timescaledb
