This release adds multi-species (without inter-species interactions) and multi-season (with each season treated as independent) occupancy models. This means observations are now in the shape n_species x n_sites x n_periods x n_replicates and observation-level covariates are now in the shape n_sites, n_periods, n_replicates, n_obs_covs.
