Drag-and-Drop Import of External Notes

Hi Tim,

Here's another feature request that I think could bring real value to Poznote.

I know the import feature is already implemented and works very well. However, with the growing use of AI-assisted workflows for documentation creation, knowledge management, and backups, I've found that drag-and-drop has become the most natural and efficient way to move content between tools.

Being able to simply drag one or more Markdown or HTML files from the file explorer directly into Poznote would make the workflow much smoother and eliminate a few unnecessary steps. It feels like a small UX improvement, but one that could have a significant impact on day-to-day productivity.

Context

Today, users increasingly create content outside of Poznote. AI assistants, documentation generators, and various note-taking tools commonly export files in Markdown (.md) or HTML (.html) formats, which are already supported by Poznote.

To integrate this content, users currently need to go through an import process or manually manipulate files within the storage directory. This breaks the workflow and slows down the integration of content that is otherwise immediately usable.

As AI-powered tools become part of everyday workflows, this use case is becoming increasingly common: a note is generated externally and then needs to be quickly incorporated into a user's Poznote knowledge base.

Feature Request

Add support for drag-and-drop (DnD) of external note files directly into the Poznote interface.

The expected workflow would be:

• The user drags one or more supported files (.md, .html, and potentially any other supported formats) from their file explorer into the Poznote window.
• Poznote automatically detects the dropped files.
• The files are imported into the currently opened folder (or the user is prompted to choose the destination).
• The notes are immediately created and available in the note tree without any additional steps.

This feature could also provide the technical foundation for future enhancements, such as bulk imports or dropping complete note collections.

Expected Benefits

• Streamline the import of externally generated content, especially Markdown files produced by AI assistants.
• Significantly reduce the time required to integrate new notes by eliminating unnecessary import steps.
• Improve the user experience by supporting a familiar interaction pattern found in modern desktop applications.
• Increase interoperability with the growing ecosystem of tools capable of exporting Markdown and HTML.
• Strengthen Poznote as a central knowledge hub, regardless of where the content was originally created.
• Boost productivity and workflow efficiency by making note imports as simple as dragging and dropping files into the application.
