Reorganizing settings page.

I'm currently reorganizing the settings sections to make things easier to find.

I think it's already better now, at least on desktop where you have the sections on the left, but some sections are still a bit too broad, and the split between "Behavior" and "Display" isn't always very logical.

For example, language, timezone and date format are currently split between Display and Behavior. I was thinking about moving them to Account.

Where would you expect these settings to be? Would Account make more sense, or would you keep them under Display/Behavior?

I already planned on working into the whole Settings page. What you did really improved the ux by a lot already. Now there are many things that can be grouped, merged, separators to arrange things into sub topic under a category, remove a popup and just use a dropdown or click to scroll options, switches, etc.
