feat: Add a Menupoint somewhere to show the possible shortcuts & ADD a shortcut to display the shortcuts

Hey there,

a) Maybe add somewhere in the top menu , or somewhere else a menupoint
where when clicked, a list with all possible shortcuts would be displayed

b) and maybe add a shortcut for the shortcut list ? =)

1. Could you add a search filter at the top, similar to the Markdown helper?

2. It would also be nice to unify the design of both popups. The keyboard shortcuts popup could be divided into sections, similar to the sections in the Markdown helper:

For example:

• General → Text
• Note Editor → Blocks
