Feat - Deplacing Folders should work smoother and more robus

Hello There =)

Deplacing Folders is a bit a pain right now.
Would be cool if it would work a bith smoother and robust:

Actual situation:

EDIT:
I see that its partially because you need to :
a) when you create a new folder, -> set there on the new folder the "manual" sorting type
b) and then it is a bit better possible to deplace folders

maybe we could solve that better ? -> (take the sorting type from the root folder)
e.g. if the root folder has "sorting = manual" = the subfolders should then inherit this option
