FEAT - Add the possibility to autocomplete allready created tags in the add-tag menu (via the icon)

Thanks for the suggestion! The "Manage tags" dialog opened from the tag icon now suggests your existing tags as you type, like the tag bar under the note title already did. Use the arrow keys and Enter or Tab to pick one, or click it, and tags already on the note are left out. It will be in the next release.
