Feature Request: "tagging" of other users

[theskymoves]

To draw attention to a person with whom a workspace is shared with, it would be great to be able to "@theskymoves" tag them, and notes where people are tagged maybe get marked in the list of files. Additionally there could be another global filter like there is with to-dos

for notes in which you are tagged.
As the tagged person you can then remove the tag when you have dealt with the situation.
