Hi Tim,
It's been a while since I got here (I mean at least 150 released versions.....), and I hope you're doing great !
I keep on using quite a lot Poznote

and, I'm facing this need I hope everyone could be enjoying :
Add a Word Wrap Option to the Markdown Editor
1. Context: Improving Writing Comfort and Editing Flexibility
Poznote already offers several customization options, including settings for Markdown and code blocks. However, having control over Word Wrap in the Markdown editor itself would provide greater flexibility and improve the overall writing experience.
Word Wrap is a familiar feature in development environments such as Visual Studio Code. It allows long lines of text to wrap automatically on screen without inserting actual line breaks into the underlying content.
This distinction is particularly useful when working with Markdown, JSON, commands, file paths, or other content where preserving the original line structure matters.
2. Feature Request: Add a Configurable Word Wrap Setting
I would like to suggest adding an option to enable or disable Word Wrap in the Markdown editor.
Ideally, this setting would be integrated into Poznote's existing preferences, following the same approach as other editor customization options.
The goal is to let users choose their preferred editing experience:
It would also be worth considering whether this setting could be applied consistently across other editing contexts, rather than being limited to Markdown, wherever technically relevant.
3. Expected Benefits: Saving Time and Improving Efficiency
This would be a focused usability improvement that could build on Poznote's existing customization options. It would save time, reduce friction during everyday editing, and give users greater control over how they work with long lines of text, without compromising the simplicity of the application.
How does it sound like ? I would love any feedback.
Thank you @timothepoznanski, have a great day
