This repository contains a simple utility for running a simulation with simulatr from the command line. The utility is designed to be called in exactly the same way regardless of execution platform (e.g., laptop, "standard" linux server, HPC cluster with scheduler, etc).
This repository is experimental and under active development. Documentation is not yet available.
