Artwork based accent colors often too similar to buttons' main colors #432

Shuttle version:

v2.0.7

Device, OS:

Samsung Galaxy A7 2018

Description of bug:

With artwork based colors, accent color based on artwork is often either black or white, making it virtually impossible to understand whether "shuffle" and "repeat" buttons are on or off.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to "setting"
  2. Turn on "take colors from artwork" (don't know the exact setting's name in English, sorry)
  3. Go to the now playing screen, turn on "shuffle mode", turn off "repeat mode" and skip through several songs; on many of them you can't probably really tell from the color of the button which mode is on and which one is off. In some other cases buttons are barely visible because their accent color is too similar to the main color.

Expected outcome:

Accent color based on artwork is prevented from being too close to both white and black. Even if artwork is totally black and white, accent color (at least for buttons) will be greyish, let's say.

Observations:

At the moment, also non-artwork-based accent colors don't work correctly with buttons: if I turn off artwork-based colors, buttons are always black (or always white) and there's no way to tell if they are turned on or off. If I didn't get it wrong, this last issue is already being handled, but it means that since v.2.0.5 came out, in both modes (artwork-based and normal) button colors don't work properly.
