The grep pattern wasn't matching deployment URLs because wrangler's output contains ANSI color codes. Strip these codes using sed before extracting URLs. GitHub Actions was blocking the deployment-url output because CF_PAGES_PROJECT was marked as a secret, and the output URL contained the project name. Since the Cloudflare Pages project name is public information (visible in URLs), hardcode it as "append-web" instead of using a secret.
