Some users that are using the bulk optimisation tool were experiencing an issue where the tool would keep processing items that were already compressed. This might have been caused by an external factor that modifies the image after it has been compressed.
The bulk compression will continue compressing because there are still images left. To prevent this from happening, the bulk image compression will only compress images if they are not compressed already in the current queue.
