Initial release v0.0.1

The Expo Router / React Native shell that hosts the tinycld ecosystem.
Bundles the framework runtime (PocketBase backend, generator, navigation
shell, providers) and discovers feature packages (mail, calendar, drive,
calc, text, …) via npm workspace symlinks at install time. Ships as a
multi-arch Docker image via .github/workflows/docker-publish.yml;
native iOS/Android builds run via EAS.

This release is the first one cut with the pinned-release-asset flow:
every release attaches a manifest.json (each sibling repo + tag + sha)
and a package-lock.json as GitHub Release assets, so rebuilding the
same app tag months from now reproduces the exact same image bits.
