This release pulls in @tinycld/core@v0.0.3, which fixes the docker-image install smoke test by adding accessibilityRole to the setup-flow buttons.

CI / build

• release: published is now the only trigger for docker-publish — the previous push: tags trigger raced ahead of the GitHub Release asset upload and crashed on "release not found".
• The smoke-test workflow now sandboxes @playwright/test in a throwaway temp dir (the post-cutover app repo has no package-lock.json and lists @tinycld/* siblings that aren't on the npm registry; the previous npm ci flow couldn't resolve any of it) and copies the spec + a minimal tsconfig.json into the sandbox so Playwright's TS loader doesn't walk up to app/tsconfig.json (which extends expo/tsconfig.base and hung on resolution).
• The smoke-test workflow has a 10-minute job cap + per-step timeout-minutes so a wedge can't run silently for an hour.

Tests

• The install smoke spec now fills Application Name and App URL on the setup wizard — both were added to the form after the spec was first written, and their absence caused validation to short-circuit the submit click.
