Summary

• Add a roadmap doc for issue Add free, replicable AI assistant capabilities inspired by Boost VC portfolio startups #1830 that defines selected Boost VC-inspired capability areas, non-goals, and PR boundaries.
• Link the new plan from GitBook SUMMARY.
• Identify existing reusable OpenHuman building blocks for voice, captions, and capability-catalog work.

Scope

This intentionally tackles the first #1830 acceptance criterion: capability plan defined. It does not close #1830 because the remaining acceptance criteria require separate implementation PRs for #1831 through #1836.
