Suggestion : Add a Code of Conduct to the repository

Hi maintainers,
I noticed that the repository does not currently include a CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md file.
Many open source projects include one to set clear community guidelines and ensure a welcoming environment for contributors.

I wanted to check if adding a CODE_OF_CONDUCT would be appropriate for this project.

Thanks for taking a look at this issue. Currently, this is not required for this repository, as CONTRIBUTING.md already covers the code of conduct and contribution guidelines.

Also, all issues are currently assigned.
