What's New

Forward-Head Posture Detection

  • Turtle neck detection - Posturr now tracks face size during calibration and monitoring. When your head moves closer to the screen (a common sign of forward-head posture), you'll get a warning just like with slouching.

This feature works automatically with camera tracking after recalibrating.

Acknowledgments

Thanks to @kimik-hyum for implementing this feature!
