translation progress for alias pages

Since we don't have any translations of the alias pages yet, we introduced in #5299, here's a list:

I'm not sure where we should put those templates, but I don't think we should keep them in the this repository.
The templates are stored in contributing-guides/translation-templates/alias-pages.md.

Also: quick reminder to replace the translated aria2 pages (#5978) as soon as possible.

I'm not sure where we should put those templates, but I don't think we should keep them in the this repository.

We can store them by applying them. When some one offers a translation, we can open a PR, applying that translation to a page alias (e.g. mscore or aria2). Of course, the original page likely isn't translated, but what does that matter.

However it would still be useful if we had a list of templates we can use, instead of searching through all pages if we need one.

Since the alias pages are rather short we could have one file in contributing-guides/ where we store them in.
